Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. For years, I've watched Polk County entrepreneurs do remarkable things, often on their own. Not because help didn't exist. Because they didn't know where to find it, or who to ask. PolkBizHub exists to change that. This is the front door to Polk County's business community, from Lakeland to Lake Wales and Haines City to Bartow. Whether you're testing an idea on the side or you've been in business for 20 years, everyone has a seat at the table here. Here's how to make the most of it: ➜ Start Here: read the guidelines and introduce yourself ➜ Ask the Hub: ask anything. Funding, permits, hiring, pricing. No question is too small. ➜ Resource Drops: grants, workshops, and programs from PolkBizHub and our resource partners ➜ Events & Workshops: find your next learning opportunity and your next connection ➜ Wins & Milestones: share your wins so we can cheer you on ➜ Connections: ask for introductions and offer your expertise ➜ Explore the Hubs: find hubs built for your industry, your stage of business, or your part of the county One thing I hear over and over from business owners is "I wish I'd asked for help sooner." Don't wait. That's what this community is for. As iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), we get better together. Your first step: introduce yourself in the intro thread. 👋 Chrissanne
